Job responsibilities

1. Assist foreign trade salesmen to carry out foreign trade work and deal with related foreign trade business;

2. Responsible for order review, settlement, after-sales service, etc;

3. Handle goods proofing, shipping and other matters, timely and accurately reflect the situation to customers;

4. Follow up the export operation of goods throughout the whole process (from delivery, export customs declaration, transportation and completion information feedback, etc);

5. Prepare export documents such as foreign trade documents and customs declaration documents;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements

1. International trade, business English, mechanical or related major, college degree or above;

2. Familiar with foreign trade documentary process;

3. Excellent English skills, strong communication and expression skills;

4. Cheerful personality, have the spirit of hard work and study, follow the leadership arrangement, obey the discipline;

5. Proficient in working software, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
