Operation when the cooling water volume is insufficient or the cooling water and engine oil temperatures are too high.

Insufficient cooling water of the diesel generator will reduce its cooling effect. The diesel engine will not be effectively cooled and will overheat the cooling water and engine oil. The oil temperature will be too high, which will also cause the diesel engine to overheat. At this time, the diesel generator cylinder head, cylinder liner, piston assembly, and valves are mainly subject to large thermal loads, and their mechanical properties such as strength and toughness decrease sharply, which increases the deformation of the parts, reduces the fitting clearance between parts, and accelerates the wear of the parts. In severe cases, cracks and machine parts may become stuck. Overheating of the diesel generator will also worsen the combustion process of the diesel engine, causing the injector to work abnormally, causing poor atomization and increasing carbon deposits.

When using a diesel generator set, you must strictly follow the manufacturer's instructions, actively participate in training, and perform inspections and maintenance on the generator set on time according to the user manual, so that the diesel generator set can realize its own value.
